Job summary

Edmentum seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Product Operations & R&D Governance. You will drive end-to-end roadmap delivery, governance, and SOP development to ensure on-time milestones and transparent reporting.

You will partner with SVPs, Product Owners, and Tech PMs to align strategy, build PM capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. Strong communication and budget management are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, education, or a related field.
8+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in edtech or publishing.
6+ years of program/project management experience.
PMP or PgMP certification and agile and waterfall methodologies.
Fluent in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Master of process mapping tools.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record managing complex programs and budgets.
Thrives in cross-functional, virtual team environments.
Exceptional communicator and presenter.
Inclusive and collaborative in approach.
Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives, managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams.
Facilitate governance sessions and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Develop and maintain SOPs that guide consistent, high-quality execution.
Partner with SVPs, Product Owners, and Technical Program Managers to align strategy and delivery.
Build project management capability across the organization through coaching and enablement.
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across product and technology functions.
