Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on development and execution of product and other business initiatives and partnerships, with clear roles, timelines, tracking and cadence.
• Drive operational efficiencies across product, engineering and business teams.
• Develop clear project plans and operational processes that drive visibility and accountability across initiatives.
• Identify issues, formulate hypotheses, perform analyses and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify and execute data sources to reveal stories about improving operating efficiencies.
• Support product and operations teams with requirements and specs development.
• Provide clear communications to management and teams via weekly updates and KPIs.
• Escalate and resolve issues as suitable.
