Qualifications

• Experience in account or program management, ideally within promotional products, advertising, or related field.
• Ability to own multiple client accounts and programs simultaneously.
• Resourceful, self-starter mindset with quick learning in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with taking calculated risks and staying calm under pressure.
• Understanding of promotional products/merchandising industry or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and account leader for multiple client programs, owning strategy and execution from start to finish.
• Lead the team supporting each account by managing timelines, delegating tasks, and ensuring cohesive delivery.
• Own the financial health of assigned accounts, including P&L management, monthly reporting, and profitability adjustments.
• Develop growth strategies, identify new sales opportunities, and hit sales and margin targets across programs.
• Guide product development from concept to launch using sales history, inventory data, and trend analysis.
• Manage contract execution and ensure ongoing alignment with client agreements.
