Job summary

Engage fi, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives. You will coordinate with strategic consultants, manage scope, schedule, and templates, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You will work remotely with a focus on evaluation projects, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain program plans, reports, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of related project management experience in credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry.
• Experience with enterprise-grade software applications and project management activities.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
• Smartsheet, HubSpot, and related tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage program workstreams with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders showing program progress.
• Escalate risks and modify project plans to meet deadlines and scope.
• Maintain program documents, templates, and tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint).
