Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead the delivery of our products, services, and training across Evidence.com, body‑worn cameras, AI solutions, and service packages. This remote role within the United States involves up to 75% travel to customer locations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product and Customer Operations, provide training, develop deployment plans, respond to requests, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree and SAAS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body‑worn camera program.
• Experience with training, project management, and resource tracking.
• Experience with SAAS sales or support.
• Knowledge of Digital Video/Body‑Worn Cameras/SAAS.

Responsibilities

• Engage with technology decision‑makers pre‑ and post‑sale to support implementation.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute post‑sale program implementation for Axon products and services.
• Provide tailored training to law enforcement and other customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Operations to document requests and drive improvements.
• Travel up to 75% to customer locations in North America.
