Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives, ensuring customers effectively adopt Axon’s solutions. This role involves project management, customer interaction, and training. You will be working remotely from the United States with up to 75% travel required.

The ideal candidate should possess a BS/BA, extensive project management experience, and familiarity with Axon products. This position offers a competitive salary, benefits including a 401(k), and the opportunity for meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking.
• Experience implementing and/or leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software and hardware implementation, particularly in SaaS environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate leaders and program managers for consulting and assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon’s product suite.
• Oversee large and/or complex deployments, managing timelines and scope.
• Work closely with C-Suite Leadership to ensure successful adoption of Axon products.
• Develop and deliver training plans, ensuring effective use of Axon products.
