Axon is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in the U.S. public safety market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting, qualification, demos, to closing—while partnering with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging.

The role requires 2–4 years in inside sales or full-cycle roles, with SaaS experience and strong CRM skills. Remote work within the United States is allowed, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles.
• Experience in SaaS or technology.
• Strong communicator with written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify prospects to ensure product fit.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and forecast in CRM tools.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and campaigns.
