Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a remote Professional Services Manager to drive pre-sale and post-sale initiatives across the Axon product suite, including Evidence.com and body-worn cameras. You will act as a trusted advisor, deploying solutions within customer timelines and leading complex deployments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management to ensure successful outcomes, travel up to North America, and deliver comprehensive training and documentation for

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management, including coordination and resource tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Experience implementing/leading an Axon body-worn camera program (preferred).
• Understanding of software/hardware implementation, especially SaaS.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar PM tools.
• Knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems (preferred).
• Experience working with corporate, retail, and security-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with corporate leaders and decision-makers to provide consulting, tests, evaluations, and deployment needs assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute program implementations for Axon products and services.
• Oversee large/deployments, define scope, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with C-suite, IT Directors, and Security Directors to ensure adoption and implementation.
• Develop and deliver training plans and materials; document training milestones.
• Capture and communicate customer feature requests and issues to relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management for a unified approach.
• Use Smartsheets to track timelines, resources, and project status.
