Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams in a fully remote role. The position is 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and state-wide remote eligibility.

Qualified candidates will have recent production coding experience and a certification from AAPC or AHIMA. Specialty coding experience across multiple physician areas is highly valued, with a remote work option available in many states.

Qualifications

• Recent production coding experience is preferred.
• Specialty coding experience across surgical, anesthesia, pain management, hepatology, nephrology, anticoagulation, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, dental coding, and other physician specialties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Coding Leadership, IT leadership, Org development, Revenue Cycle leadership, and Compliance leadership to support coding education and enablement.
