Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams in a fully remote capacity. The role prioritizes individuals with recent production coding experience and specialty coding expertise across multiple domains.

Certification in coding (AAPC or AHIMA) is required. This remote position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Recent production coding and/or coding integrity experience preferred.
• Specialty coding experience preferred (surgical, anesthesia, pain management, hepatology, nephrology, anticoagulation, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, dental coding, and other physician specialty areas).
• Certification required: AAPC or AHIMA

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Coding Leadership, IT leadership, Org development, Revenue Cycle leadership and Compliance leadership.
• Support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams as Educator/Trainer.
• Engage in ongoing education and enablement activities across the revenue cycle.
