Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Presents coding and documentation education for initial training and continuing education to coders and clinicians.
• Develops and maintains web-based coding education programs and schedules.
• Identifies educational needs and collaborates with leadership to enhance programs.
• Utilizes learning platforms to schedule presentations and deliver offerings.
• Creates training materials, manuals, and facilitator guides for instructor-led classes.
• Provides train-the-trainer sessions for coding staff and updates as needed.
