Zusammenfassung

Advocate Health is seeking an Educator/Trainer to support the PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams. This role offers fully remote, 40-hour weeks with a flexible schedule.

You will lead coding education initiatives, develop training materials, and deliver sessions for coders and clinicians. Ideal candidates have recent production coding and specialty coding experience, AHIMA or AAPC certification eligibility, and ability to work across multiple environments.

Qualifikationen

• Recent production coding and/or coding integrity experience preferred.
• Specialty coding experience preferred, including surgical, anesthesia, pain management, hepatology, nephrology, anticoagulation, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, dental coding, and other physician specialty areas.

Aufgaben

• Presents coding and documentation education for initial training and continuing education to coders and clinicians.
• Identifies coding education needs and collaborates to enhance educational programs.
• Develops and maintains web-based coding education programs and schedules.
• Plans and delivers trainer sessions for Coding Supervisors and Leads.
