Advocate Health is seeking an Educator/Trainer to support PB Coding and Coding Integrity teams in a fully remote, full-time role. You will lead coding education programs for coders and clinicians, develop resources, and deliver both in-person and virtual trainings across multiple specialties.

The role requires recent coding experience, specialty coding knowledge, and AHIMA or AAPC certification. Remote work eligibility is broad, with supportive leadership and ongoing professional development

Qualificações

• Recent production coding or coding integrity experience preferred.
• Specialty coding experience in surgical, anesthesia, and other physician specialties preferred.
• Must be certified in coding (AAPC, AHIMA) per job requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Presents coding and documentation education to coders and clinicians.
• Develops and maintains coding education programs and materials.
• Schedules and delivers in-person and virtual training.
• Tracks progress and evaluates effectiveness of training.
