Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and API testing tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes and Jira/ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Understand key features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT to implement integrations and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, analyze needs, present solutions.
• Analyze business needs and communicate to IT teams.
• Set expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with Cardinal Health stakeholders.
• Log defects and resolve issues with incident tickets.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
