Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analysis professional to bridge business and IT, analyze product needs, and define requirements for third-party TMS platforms. This role partners with our engineers and external providers in a collaborative environment.

You will evaluate customer needs, attend meetings, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Strong SQL, scripting, and Agile experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and API testing tools.
• Experience with Dynatrace or Splunk for diagnostics.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira and ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Specialize in understanding key features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders
• Take reports of defects, bugs, issues, and create incident tickets and resolve
• Define and operationalize role
• Query SQL databases to answer questions
