Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Product Systems Analyst to join its remote US-wide team. The role focuses on understanding 3rd party TMS platforms, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders, and delivering practical technical requirements.

You will query SQL, test APIs, and contribute to delivery in an Agile environment, collaborating with engineers and external providers. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API testing.
• Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira and ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Java or other programming experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Take reports of defects, bugs and issues and create incident tickets.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
