Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with IT capabilities for our 3rd party TMS platforms. You will analyze customer requirements, participate in integration testing, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely, reliable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 4-8 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency with Python scripting, SQL, and API testing tools
- Experience with application diagnostics and debugging tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban; Jira and ServiceNow preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication with stakeholders
- Java or other programming experience preferred
- Sales or customer service experience desirable
Responsibilities
- Understand key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms
- Collaborate with IT to perform integration and testing
- Attend customer meetings and analyze needs to present solutions
- Meet with stakeholders and communicate business needs to IT
- Set expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain alignment with CAH stakeholders
- Record defects and create incident tickets to resolve
- Define and operationalize role
- Query SQL databases to answer questions
