Cardinal Health seeks a Product Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT for managing commercial technologies. You will analyze customer needs, partner with IT, and support third-party TMS platform integrations while communicating outcomes to stakeholders.

You will work in a collaborative team, engage with engineers and external providers, and help deliver solutions that align with business objectives and patient/customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude with scripting (e.g. Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g. Postman, Bruno).
• Technical aptitude with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira and ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Sales or customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Set expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Log defects, bugs, issues, and create/resolve incident tickets.
• Define and operationalize role responsibilities.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
