Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst for a country-wide remote role to bridge business and IT in optimizing a 3rd party TMS integration landscape. You will analyze customer needs, define requirements, and help deliver technical solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

The role requires strong scripting, SQL, and API testing skills, with experience in Agile teams and stakeholder communication. Knowledge of Java and customer-facing activities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders
• Take reports of defects, bugs, issues, and create incident tickets and resolve
• Define and operationalize role
• Query SQL databases to answer questions
