Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT for one or more 3rd party TMS platforms. You will work closely with engineers, attend customer meetings, and translate needs into actionable technical specifications to improve our front-end and back-end capabilities.

You will analyze business requirements, perform integration testing, and help ensure on-time deliverables while maintaining alignment with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Technical aptitude with scripting (e.g. Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g. Postman, Bruno).
• Technical aptitude with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban team experience, Jira and ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain decisions and discuss requirements with stakeholders and internal customers.
• Java or other programming experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Take reports of defects, bugs, issues, and create incident tickets and resolve.
• Define and operationalize role.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
