Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with IT for our field technology initiatives. This role blends customer focus with technical analysis to define requirements and drive solutions across our TMS platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and external providers in a highly collaborative environment, driving accountability, learning, and creative problem solving at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience preferred in relevant fields.
• Proficient with Python, SQL and API testing tools.
• Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for diagnostics.
• Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow and agile methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Java or other programming is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding 3rd party TMS platform features.
• Collaborate with IT to implement and test integrations.
• Attend customer meetings and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and communicate to IT teams.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with CAH business and IT stakeholders.
• Log defects and incidents and resolve them.
• Define and operationalize role responsibilities.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
