Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Product Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and IT for our field-driven product platforms. You will specialize in third-party TMS platforms, partner with IT, attend customer meetings, analyze requirements, and drive timely deliverables across stakeholders.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, SQL, Python scripting, API testing, and experience with Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Proficient with Python scripting, SQL, and API testing (Postman, Bruno).
• Proficient with application diagnostics and debugging (Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Jira and ServiceNow preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain decisions and requirements.
• Interest in helping customers and achieving business objectives.
• Java or other programming experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing.
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders
• Take reports of defects, bugs, issues, and create incident tickets and resolve
• Define and operationalize role
• Query SQL databases to answer questions
