Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency with scripting, SQL, and API testing.
• Experience with application diagnostics and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban workflows and Jira/ServiceNow.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate with stakeholders.
• Java or other programming experience is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT to perform integration and testing.
• Attend customer meetings and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs and communicate to IT teams.
• Set expectations with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain alignment with Cardinal Health business and IT.
• Document defects and manage incident tickets.
• Define and operationalize roles and responsibilities.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
