This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers. Anticipated salary range is $82,100 - $117,200 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and API testing tools.
• Experience with application diagnostics and debugging tools.
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience; Jira/ServiceNow preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Java or other programming experience preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Specialize in understanding key features of 3rd party TMS platforms.
• Collaborate with IT to perform integration, implementation, and testing.
• Attend customer meetings to analyze needs and propose solutions.
• Meet with stakeholders to analyze business needs and communicate to IT.
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Maintain alignment with Cardinal Health business and IT stakeholders.
• Log defects and create incident tickets; resolve issues.
• Define and operationalize role responsibilities.
• Query SQL databases to answer questions.
