Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Systems Analysis professional to bridge business and IT, aligning product strategies with technical capabilities. The role emphasizes analytical skills, collaboration with engineers, and delivering end‑to‑end solutions within a highly collaborative environment.

The position focuses on understanding 3rd party TMS platforms, performing integration testing, and working closely with stakeholders to meet business objectives while maintaining delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Technical aptitude with scripting (e.g. Python), SQL, and API testing (e.g. Postman, Bruno)
• Technical aptitude with application diagnostics and debugging (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk)
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban team experience, Jira and ServiceNow experience preferred
• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain decisions, ask questions, discuss requirements, and speak with stakeholders and internal customers
• Passionate about helping customers and meeting business objectives
• Java or other programming experience preferred
• Sales or customer service experience would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in understanding key technical features of existing 3rd party TMS platforms
• Partner with IT team members to perform integration implementation and testing
• Attend customer meetings, listen and analyze customer needs, and present possible solutions to stakeholders
• Meet with stakeholders, analyze business needs, and communicate to IT teams
• Set clear expectations with stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of deliverables
• Maintain alignment with internal CAH business and IT stakeholders
• Take reports of defects, bugs, issues, and create incident tickets and resolve
• Define and operationalize role
• Query SQL databases to answer questions
