Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product leads to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week) and pay of $80/hour, starting ASAP.

You will own the full product lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution, and translate A/B test readouts into shipped decisions. Exceptional written communication and document craftsmanship are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning full product lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch.
• Experience designing or reading A/B test readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.
