Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced editorial QA leads to train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will review, proof, and refine outputs prior to executive or client delivery, ensuring formatting and data accuracy across core workflows.

Role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour with potential for more hours if desired.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs
• Check formatting, consistency, and accuracy across Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables
• Identify and flag formula errors, broken links, and drift across documents to maintain board-ready quality
