Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of product to lead the development of AI-assisted document, spreadsheet, and slide deck workflows. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD through launch, shape roadmaps, and guide go-to-market plans for AI-generated content.

The role emphasizes clear communication and high-fidelity product decisions based on test readouts. The position is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, or more if desired) and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full product lifecycle from PRD to launch.
• Experience designing or reading A/B test readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for AI-generated docs, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-driven product docs and decks across core workflows.
• Drive roadmap prioritization and go-to-market readiness plans with cross-functional teams.
• Summarize and present A/B test results and user research insights to stakeholders.
