Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced senior brand managers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will lead branding work for consumer or B2B brands, creating and refining AI-generated outputs across core workflows such as brand positioning decks and campaign briefs.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. A strong portfolio and expert-level craft in documents, spreadsheets, and slides are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading brand strategy or creative direction for a consumer brand, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Portfolio of shipped campaign creative, brand guidelines, or pitch decks that reflect professional-grade design judgment and narrative craft.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (brand positioning decks, campaign briefs, visual identity guidelines, one-pagers, sponsorship decks, calendars, trackers).
• Lead brand strategy and creative direction for consumer or B2B brands in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high-quality, professional-grade output and strong narrative craft in all client-facing materials.
