Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced group product managers to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own end-to-end product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches, and you will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across core workflows.

This fully remote, freelance-style role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) with start date ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years owning product lifecycles and a strong ability to translate

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (PRDs, roadmaps, GTM plans, experiment readouts).
• Lead product decisions based on AI-assisted analysis and stakeholder inputs.
• Collaborate with researchers and customers to improve document quality and deployment outcomes.
