Job summary

Ethos seeks an experienced Technical Product Manager to help train a leading language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from PRD to launch, with a focus on AI-enabled workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $80 per hour, with the opportunity to contribute to high-impact, cutting-edge AI product work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full product lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine AI-generated documents and slide decks across core workflows.
• Create, evaluate, and refine product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launch plans.
• Evaluate feature launches and compile A/B test readout summaries.
• Synthesize user research and prepare stakeholder and executive product update decks.
