Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Product to lead the lifecycle of AI-assisted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows. You will own roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches, shaping how the language model supports document-centric tasks across product requirements, review decks, and quarterly roadmaps.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Compensation is $80/hour with opportunities to expand scope as projects scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution.
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: PRDs, roadmaps, and launch plans.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision making through clear product updates and impact analyses.
