Job summary

NovoPath is seeking a Product Enablement Analyst to own the design, development, and delivery of training content across our product suite, translating complex LIS functionality into clear instructional content for internal stakeholders and external users. Qualifications

• 3+ years in a training, technical writing, or instructional content role in healthcare IT or clinical software
• Proven ability to produce training docs and video content for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable leading live sessions

Responsibilities

• Develop end-user documentation: quick-start guides, reference sheets, admin manuals, release notes
• Create instructional videos with screen captures and narrated demos
• Build and maintain training libraries (LMS or SharePoint) by product area and role
• Develop role-specific learning paths for lab admins, result entry staff, billing coordinators, and IT personnel
• Translate release notes into user-ready training aligned to monthly cycles
• Facilitate live remote and on-site trainings for client implementations
• Create post-training assessments to measure comprehension and gaps
• Partner with Product, Implementation, Support, and Sales to inform roadmap with training data
