Zusammenfassung

Norstella is seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing training for Citeline, Evaluate, and related platforms. You will design multi-format content, maintain resources, and partner with product, sales, and customer success to ensure client proficiency across time zones.

The role emphasizes translating complex data into clear instruction, with a focus on onboarding, adoption, and ongoing client enablement. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a training, learning & development, or customer education role.
• Some familiarity with Citeline and/or Evaluate platforms (e.g., Trialtrove, Biomedtracker, Scrip).
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Experience developing multi-format training content (e-learning, video, job aids, instructor-led).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and platform functionality into clear, user-friendly instruction.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to independently learn, adapt, and drive progress.

Aufgaben

• Conduct onboarding training for new clients across platforms.
• Conduct refresher trainings for current clients focusing on use cases.
• Design & develop training sessions on Citeline and Evaluate products.
• Create and maintain training materials (user guides, quick reference cards, e-learning, videos).
• Assess training needs via usage data, personas, and use cases.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams on updates and releases.
• Maintain a training calendar and schedule sessions across time zones.
• Provide post-training support and follow-up resources.
• Track and report training completion and outcomes using LMS/Salesforce.
• Gather user feedback to improve training content and delivery.
