Job summary

Member Access Processing (MAP) is seeking a Product Enablement Lead to design, develop, and deliver product learning experiences for MAP and Visa DPS platforms in a primarily remote environment across the United States.

You will own the enablement content lifecycle, build role-based learning paths, create labs and simulations, and partner with Product, Operations, and Client Services to drive client readiness, product adoption, and operational excellence in card processing and fraud workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, with direct card processing or related operations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills for training delivery.
• Experience developing hands-on, scenario-based learning and enablement content.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain product learning experiences for MAP and Visa DPS platforms.
• Lead the enablement content lifecycle from evaluation to content refresh and measurement.
• Create hands-on labs, simulations, and job aids to drive client readiness and operational proficiency.
