Job summary

RXNT Inc. is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to lead LMS strategy and content delivery across Clinical and Practice Management solutions. You will drive training, documentation, and client-facing programs to scale with product growth.

You will partner with Marketing and Product to ensure brand-aligned enablement and select AI-driven tools to improve content speed and accuracy. This remote role supports the US market.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of RXNT's SaaS solutions, including clinical workflows, medical billing, or scheduling.
• Strong understanding of automation, LMS platforms, and emerging enablement technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to set and execute strategy beyond delivering content.
• Experience creating training content and enablement frameworks at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the long-term strategy for RXNT Learn (LMS) and content delivery.
• Design and deliver organization-wide training and client-facing webinars.
• Maintain documentation and rollout of new features for stakeholders.
• Create and evolve Help Center content based on product updates.
