Zusammenfassung

Norstella is seeking a Client Enablement Specialist to deliver training programs that empower users to maximize Citeline and Evaluate platforms. You will support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing proficiency across our client base.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, refreshing trainings, designing sessions, and creating user guides and e-learning. Collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams is essential; some travel and remote work apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in training, learning & development, or customer education roles.
• Experience with Citeline and/or Evaluate platforms.
• Strong understanding of pharma/biotech or life sciences.
• Experience creating multi-format training content (e-learning, video, job aids).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and platform functionality into clear instruction.
• Self-motivated with ability to learn independently.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new clients with platform onboarding across Citeline and Evaluate products.
• Deliver refresher trainings tailored to client use cases.
• Design and develop training sessions for Citeline and Evaluate.
• Create and maintain training materials (guides, quick refs, e-learning, videos).
• Assess training needs from usage data and personas.
• Collaborate with product, sales and success teams on updates.
• Manage training calendar and scheduling across time zones.
• Provide post-training resources and support.
• Track training completion and outcomes using LMS/Salesforce.
• Gather feedback to improve training content.
• Other duties as assigned.
