Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to align product strategy with customer adoption and to scale enablement programs for internal teams and customers. The role requires experience in SaaS product enablement and strong collaboration across Product, Customer Success, Support, and Services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS product enablement, product marketing, or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering, and measuring product enablement or training programs in SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with training facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product enablement roadmap aligned with product strategy and business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product readiness and adoption.
• Translate launches into scalable enablement programs and resources.
• Create training guides, playbooks, onboarding programs, FAQs, docs, knowledge bases, and certification tracks.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and internal training sessions to educate teams and customers.
• Own and maintain the product knowledge hub and ensure up-to-date documentation.
