Job summary

ExtraHop seeks a Sales Enablement Programs Manager to design and manage eLearning programs that boost revenue-team onboarding, readiness, accreditation, and ongoing performance. Qualifications

• 4 year college degree.
• 5+ years in revenue enablement creating eLearning and enablement programs.
• Experience facilitating learning sessions and driving impact for sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and publish eLearning experiences for onboarding, ramping, readiness, and accreditation.
• Create, publish, and maintain enablement content including videos, guides, lessons.
• Identify KPIs such as surveys and scorecards to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Manage the internal eLearning Library (LMS) lifecycle: creation, updates, archiving.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences and reusable templates.
• Apply modern sales enablement techniques and instructional design principles.
