Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a technical support specialist to provide expert product and application support across NA. The role involves coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

You will contribute to trainings, support implementations, and serve as a liaison to address customer feedback and opportunities while traveling domestically up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical plasma collection.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the territory across product, quality, and regulatory inquiries.
• Assist with technical education and product training programs for internal and external customers.
• Train customers and internal teams on product applications and best practices.
• Communicate feedback and opportunities to Product, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Support product implementations and customer onboarding with cross-functional partners.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to address issues.
