Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist to help customers within the North America portfolio. This role covers product-related technical, quality, and regulatory questions, and supports new product implementations and training.

You will work with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and North America Marketing to address customer needs, promote product adoption, and drive growth, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical plasma collection.
• Experience in customer product integration and training is desirable.
• Remote based with ability to travel domestically 50% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot product, application, and customer issues.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the assigned territory on product, quality, and regulatory questions.
• Deliver technical education and product training to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product implementations and customer onboarding activities.
• Represent technical perspectives during customer presentations and meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio and competitive products.
