Job summary

Haemonetics Corp seeks a technically oriented professional to provide customer support within North America. This role focuses on product-related technical, quality, and regulatory questions, and collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing to address needs and promote product adoption.

The position requires 1–2 years of relevant medical device experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical experience with plasma collection.
• Experience in customer product integration and training is desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application inquiries.
• Develop or deliver technical education and training programs to ensure high training standards.
• Train internal and external customers as needed in partnership with senior team members.
• Share best practices and techniques of tactile execution programs with Product Applications, Marketing, and Sales.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio and competitive products.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization and business objectives.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, and events.
• Assist in providing regulatory and quality support for the product portfolio within territory.
• Support product implementations and customer onboarding with senior team members and cross-functional partners.
• Relay customer feedback and technical issues to internal teams.
