Job summary

You will collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, NA Marketing, and cross-functional partners to ensure product adoption and customer satisfaction.

You will develop and deliver technical education and training programs, support product implementations, and travel domestically up to 50% to assist customers

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience with technical experience with medical devices or clinical experience with plasma collection.
• Experience in customer product integration and training desired.
• People person with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application-related inquiries.
• Assist with the development or delivery of technical education and product training programs to ensure high training standards.
• Provide training to internal and external customers as needed in partnership with senior team members.
• Communicate success, best practices, and techniques of tactile execution programs to relevant teams.
• Maintain and expand technical knowledge of Haemonetics' product portfolio and competitors.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote product utilization and business objectives.
• Provide technical representation during customer presentations, meetings, and seminars.
