Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking a technical support professional to deliver expert assistance to customers in the North America portfolio. You will collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to address product, quality, and regulatory questions while guiding product adoption.

The role emphasizes training and knowledge expansion, with remote work and domestic travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience with medical devices or clinical exposure with plasma collection
• Strong presentation and communication skills required
• Ability to troubleshoot product, application, and customer issues
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers within the assigned territory, addressing product, quality, and application-related inquiries
• Assist with development or delivery of technical education and product training programs
• Provide training to internal and external customers as needed
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to promote product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Support product implementations and customer onboarding activities with senior team members and cross-functional partners
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to communicate feedback and opportunities
