Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through deployment lifecycles of Idira Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will blend architecture, governance, and executive advisory services to ensure production-readiness and ongoing value.

In this post-sales, hybrid role you will act as a trusted advisor, owning success criteria, guiding customers, and driving renewal expansion while collaborating with CSMs, AEs, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk or equivalent PAM solutions.
• 5+ years experience in enterprise software or security consulting.
• 2+ years in a TAM or Technical Customer Success role.
• 3+ years at a SaaS or cybersecurity vendor delivering account services.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT).
• Broad knowledge across databases, networking, AD/IDP, systems administration, app security.
• Strong background in IAM, network security, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to lead technical discussions and build executive rapport.
• Strong analytical and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee customized Privileged Access Management programs.
• Lead design workshops for enterprise CyberArk deployments.
• Assess needs and advise on deployment paths and priorities.
• Maintain long-term executive sponsor relationships.
• Conduct health checks and architecture reviews for security best practices.
• Report adoption, platform health, and value delivery metrics.
• Recommend usage improvements and risk mitigations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts.
• Capture customer feedback to influence roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
