Palo Alto Networks - Idira is seeking an Inside Domain Consultant to support commercial customers with a strong mix of technical and sales skills. You will drive the technical win during the sales cycle, articulate product positioning to business and technical users, and design optimal solutions for complex environments globally.

Responsibilities include pre-sales support, developing relationships, presenting value propositions, and mentoring junior engineers.

Competenze

• 3+ years Software Presales or equivalent customer-facing position.
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to build and present high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across organization.
• Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles.

Mansioni

• Provide technical pre-sales support.
• Develop new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts and current customers.
• Present Palo Alto Networks - Idira’s technical value proposition effectively.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Conduct and ensure success of customer proofs-of-concept (POCs).
• Document client feature requests and issues in CRM.
• Support seminars and industry trade shows.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
• Develop technical knowledge of Palo Alto Networks - Idira and related technologies.
• Mentor other system engineers when appropriate.
• Create training content for the SE organization when appropriate.
