Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through deployment lifecycle and ongoing technical governance for Idira PAM solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive production-readiness, and oversee account health and renewal expansion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk or equivalent PAM
• 5+ years in enterprise software or security consulting
• 2+ years in TAM or Technical Customer Success
• 3+ years in SaaS or cybersecurity vendor delivering professional services
• Experience with AI productivity tools
• Broad knowledge across databases, networking, AD/IDP, systems administration, and application security
• Strong background in IAM, network security, enterprise risk management
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Ability to lead technical discussions and executive rapport
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and oversee PAM programs tailored to client goals.
• Lead design workshops to architect enterprise deployments around CyberArk PAM.
• Assess customer needs to establish technical priorities and advise on deployment paths.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customer teams and sponsors.
• Conduct technical health checks, architecture reviews, and performance assessments.
• Participate in customer reviews to report on adoption and value delivery metrics.
• Monitor platform utilization and provide recommendations to drive usage and reduce risk.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts and manage escalations.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps.
• Partner with CSMs and AEs to identify risks, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate across Services, Support, Product, and R&D to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple enterprise engagements with efficiency and detail.
