Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk or equivalent PAM
• 5+ years enterprise software/security consulting
• 2+ years TAM or Technical Customer Success
• 3+ years in SaaS or cybersecurity vendor delivering account services
• Hands-on AI productivity tools for day-to-day work
• Broad knowledge of databases, networks, AD/IDP, systems administration, app security
• Strong IAM, network security, and enterprise risk management
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and oversee customized PAM programs
• Lead design workshops for enterprise deployments around CyberArk PAM
• Assess customer needs to set technical priorities and deployment paths
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customer teams and executives
• Conduct health checks, architecture reviews, and security best-practice alignments
• Report adoption, platform health, and value delivery metrics
• Monitor usage and provide recommendations to drive expansion and reduce risk
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts and escalations
• Voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps
• Collaborate with CSMs and AEs on renewals and expansion
• Coordinate with Services, Support, Product, and R&D to resolve issues
• Manage multiple enterprise engagements with strong organizational focus
