Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through full deployment lifecycles of Idira Privileged Access Management. This hybrid, post-sales role focuses on technical governance, adoption, and executive-level advisory services, ensuring production readiness and ongoing account health.

You will own technical success criteria, drive value realization, and partner with teams to resolve complex issues across services and product lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk or equivalent PAM.
• 5+ years enterprise software or security consulting.
• 2+ years TAM or technical customer success.
• 3+ years delivering professional/technical services for SaaS or security vendors.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools to enhance execution.
• Knowledge across databases, networking, AD/IDP, systems administration, app security.
• Strong IAM, network security, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and engage executives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and oversee customized PAM programs for clients.
• Lead design workshops for enterprise CyberArk deployments.
• Assess customer needs to set technical priorities and deployment paths.
• Maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with enterprise teams and executives.
• Conduct health checks, architecture reviews, and security best-practice assessments.
• Participate in reviews reporting adoption, platform health, and value metrics.
• Monitor platform usage and provide recommendations to drive expansion.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, and internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities and manage multiple engagements.
