Job summary

Palo Alto Networks - Idira is seeking a highly motivated Inside Domain Consultant to support our commercial customers. This role combines technical discovery with sales acumen and drives technical wins during the sales cycle.

The candidate will present our security solutions, respond to RFIs/RFPs, deliver POCs, and mentor other engineers while collaborating with Product Management to design optimal, scalable IAM and SIEM deployments for customers globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Software Presales or equivalent customer-facing position.
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations; LDAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support to customers.
• Develop technical relationships within accounts and current customers.
• Present Palo Alto Networks Idira’s technical value proposition to customers and partners.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and conduct customer POCs.
• Document client feature requests in CRM and feedback to Product Management.
• Support seminars and industry trade shows.
• Mentor other system engineers and create SE training content.
